Over the last year the NGA has strived to be the first transparent intelligence agency. As such it looks to deliver GEOINT to all users when, where, and in the format needed. This new architecture is a hybrid of proprietary and open technology. In addition to proprietary and custom software and government data it is also deeply dependent on a broad swath of open source software, open standards, and open data. This talk will cover the road to this new system of GEOINT Services.

Benjamin T. Tuttle is a geographer at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. He holds a BA in Geography and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an MS in GIS and PhD in Geography from the University of Denver.
