Mr. Aldridge is the geospatial manager in the Surveying and Geomatics COE at David Evans and Associates, Inc. He has been practicing photogrammetry for over 30 years and has performed virtually every technical tasks associated with photogrammetry from project planning through final map generation. He is experienced in terrestrial photogrammetry, LiDAR, flight and control planning, image processing, aerial triangulation, stereo compilation, orthophoto generation, and project and program management. Chris is a past officer of the Columbia River Region of the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS; 2013-2016), a past National Director for the Columbia River Region of the ASPRS(2004-2013), and a member of the ASPRS National Executive Committee(2008-2013). He has served as the ASPRS committee chair for the conference planning committee, and was a member of the NCEES Exam question writing, membership, LiDAR, and Standards committees. He was appointed to the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineers and Land surveying in 2015. He is a member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon and the Society of American Military Engineers (corporate) and has presented papers at the local and national level on various professionally related subjects.
