John has over 25 years of experience in general mapping, land surveying, and GIS with Los Angeles County and currently serves as a Principle GIS Analyst at the Department of Children and Family Services. For extracurricular activities, he is a member of the California Land Surveyors Association and serves on the GIS Certification Institute's Outreach Committee.
