Vivian Sultan is an Adjunct Professor at California State University (CSULA), College of Business & Economics. She is a certified professional in Supply Management with experience in account product management, operations, and automated system projects development. Vivian holds MBA and MSIS from CSULA and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the American University in Cairo (AUC). Vivian is a PhD candidate in Information Systems and Technology at Claremont Graduate University (CGU). She performs project work in database problem-solving, business applications of information technology, the acquisition of application systems, and quality management design to establish procedures, and metrics. Prior to her current role at CSULA, Vivian served as a senior Business Analyst at Southern California Edison (SCE), an Account Product Manager at the Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment (WDSHE). She had a key role in the testing and the development phase of the replenishment system and the implementation of SAP at WDSHE. Previously, Vivian was involved in the management of a small business for which she was recognized as being a Champion of Small Business by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Her research focuses on the role of technology and the digital transformation within supply chains.
